An unregistered software is only for evaluation, any other usage is unauthorized. Evaluation is limited to 30 days.

You acknowledge that (i) the Software is protected under copyright laws, (ii) you have no right, title or interest in the Software other than the license granted above, and (iii) you have no right, title or interest whatsoever in the confidential information and trade secrets embodied in the Software.

You may not, under any circumstances:

A. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software;
B. Attempt in any way to falsify the licensing file and/or or bypass the licensing procedures for the Software.

As a library registered license holder you can distribute copies of JAPISoft products together with your applications at no further cost, i.e. JAPISoft products are royalty free

As a software registered license holder, you cannot distribute single copies of JAPISoft softwares without express Agreement between You and JAPISoft.

You are advised to backup all programs and data before using the JAPISoft Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU AGREE THAT JAPISOFT HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ERROR FREE OPERATION. YOU ACCEPT THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES PAYABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE. JAPISOFT WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER JAPISOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Agreement is governed by French law (it can be negotiable depending on your situation). The Parties agree to endeavor to seek an amicable solution to any disagreements or disputes that may arise during the performance of the Agreement.

Failing an amicable solution within two (2) months as from their occurrence, and unless emergency proceedings are necessary, the disagreements or disputes shall be referred to the Paris Courts having jurisdiction, by the more diligent Party.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and japisoft with respect to the licensing of the Software.

In any legal action or arbitration relating to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover from the other party all costs of litigation or arbitration, including reasonable attorneys fees.

You can't provide sources to a third-party. You accept sources for your whole company and only it.

You can't remove Copyright notes from JAPISoft sources.

You can adapt the sources to your needs

You can build and use your own binary distribution from JAPISoft sources except you can't sell a concurrent product to JAPISoft like a product "clone". As a sample you can't buy a license to JFormula and sell a JFormula "clone".

If you change sources, JAPISoft will offer no free support about your changes.

JAPISoft will not offer free help on sources knowledge.
